Rates and Availability: A reservation is not confirmed until Connections has processed it with the hotel and provided the client with a hotel confirmation number. This procedure is necessary in order to guarantee the discounted rates listed. If you have not received a hotel confirmation number, do not assume the reservation is confirmed.
