This service is provided complimentary.  Finding the appropriate hotels, convention centers, and facilities can be a time-consuming job.  Connections sorts through hundreds of hotels until we find several suitable selections.  We will supply you with a complete report on each hotel's amenities, available dates, and lowest rates so that you can be an informed decision maker.

This service is provided complimentary.  Once Connections receives a list of possible sites.  Connections saturates all hotels within these cities that are able to accommodate the group's requirements for both guest rooms and function space.  Connection's staff is made up of former hotel sales Managers and Directors of Sales & Marketing.  With many years of hotel experience, our staff is very knowledgeable and very dedicated in contractual negotiations and completely understands how hotel contracts read and the hidden clauses that are sometimes not visible to those unfamiliar with the process.  Based on our total production nationwide.  Connections is able to obtain the lowest rate possible as opposed to receiving quotes based on each individual piece of business that Connections represents.

This service is provided complimentary.  Many of our employees also have catering and convention service backgrounds which requires knowledge in the area of food & beverage and understanding the methodology in which hotels use for pricing structure.

As part of the full line of services we provide, Connections has a staff of reservationists to manage your account.  A reservations manager will be assigned to oversee your guest room usage, working closely with the reservation department at your chosen hotel(s).  She/he will be responsible for keeping your VIP and keynotes speakers lists, and monitoring your cut-off date.  We will provide you the opportunity to extend your cut-off date based upon availability which enables last minute reservations into the host hotel.

If the host hotel fills up, the Connections reservation manager will contact the closest acceptable hotel for overflow rooms.  This process will continue until the last reservation has been taken.  We will never turn away a request for reservations.  In the event rooms at the host hotel become available, Connections will contact and move attendees back to that hotel.  Thus enabling you to fulfill your contractual obligations at the hotel in regard to total guest room consumption to ensure no attrition fees are incurred.

This service is provided complimentary.  Connections utilizes several audio visual services throughout the United States.  Because of our total production, Connections is successful in obtaining discounted rates from the equipment rental from the normal staff.

This service is provided complimentary.  Connections also utilizes some of the largest and well known decorators known in the industry and has a great rapport with these companies.

This service is provided complimentary.  Connections personnel are on site during your event to oversee hotel arrivals/departures, registration, check function rooms for accurate set up, make sure audio visual is in working order, food and beverage functions are served in a timely manner, exhibit set up and tear down, etc.

This service is provided complimentary.  Several of our clientele utilize off-site venues for receptions.  Depending upon the size of the group, Connections seeks out venues that are able to accommodate your group and negotiates costs on our client's behalf.

This service is provided complimentary.  This goes hand in hand with the off-site venue selection..  Connections will obtain a list of the recommended caterers from that particular venue and conduct a price comparison.  From that point, we are able to negotiate food prices.  Connections also has experience in negotiating contracts for entertainment utilizing a plethora of agencies.

This service is provided complimentary.  Whenever an off-site venue is necessary, our staff is always on site at the particular venue to ensure room set up, decorations, entertainment set up, etc. prior to the start of the function.

This service is provided complimentary.  Since Connections is responsible for the contractual negotiations, we always review the bills from the various hotels and off-site venues to verify accuracy of all charges.


This service is provided complimentary.  As mentioned earlier in regard to reservation housing and monitoring, in addition to the importance of guest room consumption for future negotiations, it is equally important to obtain total dollars spent at each food and beverage function and the number of persons served.  This data is also necessary for future food and beverage negotiations.
